1.Turn-Off Samsung Galaxy Core Prime

2.Hold And Press Together Volume up and Home Button and Power Button

3.Use Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset,confirm by clicking Power Button

4.Select Yes-delete all user data,Again Click Power Button to confirm

5.After finish wipe,Select Reboot System and wait until Power-On

6.Follow on screen to continue using Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
