This Is How To Hard Reset StarMobile Crystal.Perform a Hard Reset using hardware keys if you forgot any phone password you put in your phone.Sometimes it also works on Force close,freezes and Hangs or Hang in logo,if this method not work to you you can flash or install new firmware but the problem is this firmware is for debranding not the stock firmware,which until now I can't find on the net.The firmware download link is in my below Post.First thing first let's take a look the specifications of this phone...

How To Hard Reset StarMobile Crystal:
1.Turn-Off Phone
2.Hold and Press Volume Up and Power Button
3.Click Home Button to go to Android System Recovery
4.Use Volume down to select Wipe data/factory reset,Left sensitive key to confirm
5.Select Yes-delete all user data
6.After Finish wiped,Reboot System
7.Wait until completely Power on and Follow on screen to continue using Phone.
