1.Turn-Off Phone

2.Hold and Press Volume Up and Power Button to go to Android System Recovery

3.Use Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset,Volume up to confirm

4.Select Yes-delete all user data,again volume up to confirm

5.After finish wipe,Reboot System
