How To Hard Reset Using Hardware Keys


WARNING ! Hard Reset will erase all of your data

1.Switch off your handset.

2.Then press and hold together Volume Up and Power button.


If you see menu, then release all keys.

3.From the menu select option Recovery mode using Volume Down to browse, and Volume Up to accept.

4.Now when you see Android lying down with the red hazard box, then press Power button to enter to Android System Recovery.

5.Use Volume Down to select "wipe data/factory reset" , and Power Button to confirm.

6.Next select option "Yes -- delete all user data".

7.After Finish Wipe Select "reboot system now" using Power button.


8.Follow on screen to continue using Phone
