How To Hard Reset ZTE Blade
Resetting to Factory default on ZTE Blade is very easy if you can just follow below instructions.Just Select what you prefer to do in the below instructions.Remember by doing this all your data save in your phone will completely wipe,so be sure you have already back-up your important data.

Remove sim card.
Power on the phone
Press Emergency call and dial and type in the following hard reset code for ZTE Blade *983*987#
Hard Reset
Hold and Press Home , Volume Up and Power button
Select Wipe / Factory Reset using Volume down
Power button to confirm
reboot system
Firmware Upgrade
FTM Mode will not do anything
You need to download the last firmware and update software from wireless provider
or
Take out you battery
Press and hole the volume down button and while you hold connect ZTE Blade to PC via USB cable
FTM will appeare on the screen
Release Volume Key
Start the download rom upgrade application
